Hi Pete I know of someone organiozing things in Copenhagen, Denmark (is he online here ???) contact me offline and I will pass you on to him. No idea on Johannesburg but Berlin offers the Roter Salon Allnighter every first Saturday of the month and the Hip City Soul Club every second Saturday every second month, next one in March. Bearing in mind that Don Gardnere recorded also on TNT and the elad strongly (!) sounds like him I do believe it is him. Personally I do prefer the other side "I`m Sitting In"

Funnily enough I was given her recent DVD as a birthday present just yesterday and must say I really really like her voice. Great singer. To answer your question I think everything "deep" would suit her voice the best....a funky uptempo version of "Midnight train to Georgia" I would at least try with her
