  15. Are you asking me (Frank Foster) or Andy (Strands) ? Marc
  16. add X-TRA to that list...I once compiled a discography for all three labels, maybe you can add some missing numbers ? Its on raresoulforum.co.uk Also, let me know in case you still have and no longer need Frank Foster please... atb Marc
  17. What a great 45 Andy! Good luck finding one of these, took me some serious time to get hold of.. My tip: Also look out for their fabulous 45 on Triode. It delivers what can easily be described as the best version of "Old Man River" ever backed with a tremendous group harmony side in the vein of "Never". SMooooooTH Soul and then some... Marc
  18. no not on youtube, dvd. wouldn`t have thought it would prove difficult to find this beauty or have the funk boys finally discovered it LOL ? Try Berlins Torsten, chances are he has one for sale.. Marc
  19. feel free etc etc
  20. Thorsten did you ever see Arthurs brother doing this live and acapella ? awesome! as is this 45 of course. Good luck with your search!
  21. one side of our last anniversary 45
  22. True words mate.
  23. Having just had the pleasure to deal with Universal/Motown for my last anniversayr record I bet they do not have the rights for the Andantes. But its pretty easy to detect if they are indeed a legit brand or not. All we have to do is to ask Ady as Kent/Ace have got the rights to the Musicor catalogue and northernsoulsource.com claim to have the rights to have the Jive Five in their repertoire as well. I bet these are all carvers done upon customers orders...hence the poor labels.
  24. This is one 45 I rate so so high..awesome doublesider. I had one for sale in a local Berlin record shop...at a mere 25,- . No takers for over haldf a year, can you imagine that :-0 ??? Finally it got sold. Still have my own stock copy of course. Marc
