Sad News about an old mate of mine Steve (Strange ) Harrington Died this week in Egypt. Spent quite a bit of time at Wigan as a young thirteen year old before he found fame with Visage.

Hi Karen, Just a bit after my time! Had that of been 1973/74. You would had myself, Sharon Dyke, Carl Jones, Dave Prince, Rob Galaska, Jane Gray & Glynis Jones etc etc lying there waiting to go to the Cats or Wigan Anyhow Cannock and Rugeley always pulled its weight producing the faithfull! I've been a northern soul fan since the age of 14 I'm now 57 and have found northern soul in Dubai alive and well which has given me the will to live out here. The future of Northern Soul is truly alive and kicking.Once in the blood it can never be taken away! Keep the faith.

Hi Dave, Angie defo won at the Ritz and Whitchurch alldayer. Trying to ask her about Wigan cos i cant remember her winning there! Great days though watching her take on the spinners and acrobats with perfect footwork and soul!
