Yes, very dubious. Just noticed that both pictures of the a-side are different. Meaning the one in the top left corner is different to the one in the item description.

Just noticed that my post might sound a bit rude. Wasn't my intention. I remember I had a Paypal history problem myself last year. Turned out it was a technical maintenance glitch or so. Was resolved after a few days.

Have you contacted Paypal already? Or at least have you had a look at their news page? That's what I'd first before posting on Soul Source.
