At least one copy with the picture cover remained in Germany and is now in the hands of a beat collector. Wasn't able to find out who he is though.

Benji replied to John Reed's topic in Look At Your Box
Generally industry started using bar codes in the early 70s. Recording industry I'd say late 70s/early 80s as a guess???? -

Admirations or Walter & Admerations? I know he has the former but wasn't sure about the latter.
-
George Hunts price is overblown, so no comparison. Rod had only one (1!) interested buyer @ 1850. Enough proof IMO to say its value can't be 2k or more.

French Stateside from what I remember. Red label I think.... -
GB was pressed for the Northern Soul market. Moses Smith/Epitome of Sound being another example. The Mike Pedicin press I'm talking about was done for Popcorn scene.
-
Wasn't Mike Pedicin Burnt toast etc. bootlegged at a wrong pace too?

Bri, do you have any reference table for dating the dutch TM 45's? The NL black label cat # seem to be same as german black label TMs. I could use it to pin down release dates of my german black label TM 45s.

New Mix On Mixcloud - Beautiful Philosophy
Benji replied to BigWheelsMainz's topic in All About the SOUL
Thanks a lot. Will give it a try over the w/end. I record my own podcasts straight from the single deck w/out blending/mixing. Quicker than having to make wav files of the records first but not many options in mixing/equalising volume/etc. -
I always wondered how this UK release came about. Was it like a phone call to the UK MGM office "Hello London! We got a song here. Recorded by a bunch of High School musicians and a priest. We don't think anyone in the ex-colonies would buy it. But maybe you guys in old europe do?"

Sebastian, does VirtualDJ work with audio files or audio input straight from the decks?
