  9. i used to have the copy that marc mentioned (probably very same 45 as in pete's pic) so i can add: - 45 didn't have a small center originally - it was pressed in the UK and then shipped to Jamaica (got UK EMI matrix no or something similar) - marc, no you didn't trade it for four gents, it was some for other 45 i can't remember right now - sold my copy to hammy but forgot for how much... hope this helps, back to lurksville now....

  22. rarely very rarely we do agree, don't we? but here I'm with you christian
  23. good cover up title as it's really chris bartley, only the mix sounds a bit different IMO to the released version on the 'van mccoy & friends' album.
  24. it came out in USA, canada, germany, holland and probably loads of other countries as well, so it shouldn't be that hard to find BTW, the german release on philips is called "well tempered soul", identical cover but superior sound quality, try the ebay, you might be lucky ...
  25. tony middleton's 'paris blues' was produced and partly written by claus ogerman so i'd say it's an original tune, maybe they took the inspiration from the movie? BTW, tony's "to the ends of the earth", that's a cover version of an old nat king cole song ...
