it was a german RCA testpressing of an unisued blackrock album that i discovered and sold to irish greg. whatever happened to it when he sold up i don't know. i foolishly did put it on a tape for other collectors before anyone realised that it was an alternative version and that's the source of all later tapes/cd's/dubs it appeared on. i met him a couple of years ago, he wasn't aware that both tracks were sung by ray pollard originally , he only heard two acetates that were given to him by his manager or producer...

this looks exactly like the acetate that i onced owned where did you get it from? and if it's the same one, it used to play about as good as the regular issue, maybe it has worn out a bit?

very well done worth noting that it's the 2nd issue, first one is on german coral - but with the "wrong" flipside

does he know how many copies had been pressed? i imagine it being a lot harder to find than some people think, it took me quite some time to find another copy after i'd sold my first one. or is it a case of no demand = no supply?
