hm, now that's an idea. even if i'm about 15 years late no, seriously. never thought of doing something like that and never will. i'm always honest and expect everybody else to be too. maybe that's the reason why i get so upset about minor things like people trying to get parts of their ebay fees back via a "small raise" in p&p?

the first record i really splashed out on was an unplayed black issue of tony galla - in love. couldn't sleep for days until it arrived one sunny morning, opened the parcel (shaking with anticipation) and dropped the record seconds after it was out of its sleeve. cracked into several pieces, one of them the entire label w/out any grooves around it. still got that piece somewhere...

it sure is good but why is it "the better version"? they're 100% identical!

another bump, i ain't giving up just to make it clear, i don't need it in M/M- condition, it can play with the odd crackle or two. but the sound quality must be fine, my own copy plays with distortion so i don't need another copy like that. and i can't be bothered about condition of the label... do you mean the album that rob and chris marriott did? i'm only aware of volume 1, it says on the inlay vol.2 due to come out soon but it never happened, did it? on-topic: "love starved heart" is not on volume 1, "lonely lover" is the marvin gaye track on it

joe salamone aka joseph salamone is a notorious belgian scum bag, he's doing this for years and years w/out getting caught. i'd say do not buy from any belgian seller on or outside ebay unless he/she is recommended by someone trustworthy. your mates pretty lucky that he paid via paypal. he better try to get his money back as soon as possible, i wouldn't be surprised if the paypal account is cancelled by salamone and any money withdrawn within the next few days!

fabulous impacs should be around a ton, isn't it from nebraska or so? sammy davis jr. is 30-40, came out with a p/s in several countries, i know of holland and germany, both sleeves were very different. any other countries? no US release tho...
