  1. Is this canadian Roulette? I guess so, but am not that familiar with Roulette label designs It has a female backing that the UK King 45 doesn't have, but tempo is the same.
  2. Here's a scan of a "You're my mellow" demo. Doesn't look that much different to an issue. If anybody's interested, it's signed by Edwin. I think I sold it for about 150/180 in VG+ condition.
  3. Arthur, didn't you find Four Perfections there?
  4. Came out quite a few years ago, early 2k's maybe?
  5. is it really confirmed that there is a bootleg? so far it just looks like a variety in presses to me.
  6. auction already pulled as it seems. what was it?
  7. Phew, man. can't tell you how I feel. the burden of keeping it secret was driving me insane.
  8. Ok, I stand up. I bought it. But only on behalf of Tim Brown, had to promise I'll destroy it as soon as possible to make Tim's copy the only one in NS universe. No joke.
  9. Updated. Now free post if you buy three or more...

  13. That's the Servisol one isn't it? Found it useful for actually cleaning up the vinyl (as in "it looks better and has a better shine to it") but not for cleaning the grooves. Improvement of sound was only marginal. is there any magic trick I have to do? Like letting the cleanser dry before rubbing it off?
  14. Problem with Belgium wasn't the post but a bunch of pretty dodgy dealers ripping off folks. But they're long gone now, aren't they? I'd still sell/send worldwide but would insist on signed for/insured post to the countries mentioned e.g. France, Italy, Russia.
  15. Just curious, what's comic-book style restoration?
  16. Seems like I either overpriced it or misunderestimated* demand as it's still here waiting for a new owner. Therefore I'm now open to any reasonable offer, be it cash or vinyl. * c/o George W. Bush
  17. Don't remember where I read it but it was just recently*. I think it was Ady who said they credited it to George Jackson as this most likely but eventually it turned out wasn't him. Real artists remains unknown. * edit: might have been the liner notes to the brilliant "Deep Shadows" compilation on Kent. Where's Ady when you need him. Can somebody please switch on the Ady-sign?
  18. My alltime top fave 100 club 45s (in order): 6T2 - Melba Moore - The Magic Touch 6T8 - Chuck Jackson - What's With This Loneliness 6T7 - Carla Thomas - I'll Never Stop Loving You Of the recent ones my favourite side is the (mis-credited) George Jackson - All in my mind.
  19. I've sold my gold copy a few years ago on Ebay. Can't remember how much I made with it. Not a fortune for sure but more than what I paid for it, I'd guess 40-50 pounds.
  20. When the gold issues came on the market they sold for 20/25 max. a piece, I bought one at the time and sure wouldn't have paid more than that. Sure price went up soon after as demand exceeded supply.
  21. yep. 45 is Spain and Germany only.
  22. Seller sold it for 470 quid and yet didn't bother to post it in a proper mailer and to write "fragile - do not bend" on the parcel? *facepalm*
  23. Yep. Mixed up both titles
  24. Oops, I had it down as late 90s. But just learned it was late 80s.
