  1. You don't need a gadget, just cables. At least if your amplifier has a tape-out or similar.
  2. Some more on discogs: https://www.discogs.com/label/130318-Psycho-3 https://www.discogs.com/label/184215-Psycho-Records-8
  3. Still looking.
  4. You need to see the track in connection with the whole album. The whole album has the same style. Here's a piece of a discussion on the old soulfuldetroit forums (I've anonymised the user names):
  5. Isn't cf basically just a one man project? I seem to remember someone mentioning that on another forum. He probably can't keep up with servers and bandwith as the site gets more popular.
  6. I might have bought one or two of those...
  7. I could take a look if you want.
  8. Just around the corner then... I've sent two Wav files but your inbox refused the third one. Probably too big (44,5 MB).
  9. I can provide scans and soundfiles if that's enough. I'm in Norway so not very tempted to lend them to you.
  10. Invictus pressed most releases at five different plants. You can't do that in small quantity. But since Lucifer 45s are known to be priced low there's probably boxes of these in someones basement waiting for the prices to rise.
  11. How much does it sell for these days?
  12. Open the file and save it as comma separated .csv. Those are just plain text so you'll probably be able to upload it. Excel sheets can contain macros that can be used to infect your computer.
  13. When I looked into it a few years ago the story was that most of the material was released by G.C. later, but not on Invictus.
  14. I've made a note of 9127 being a testpress of Freda Payne - You're Mine / Stay With Me. It was a few years ago so don't know where I might have seen it. And there's the infamous George Clinton album called The Black Vampire (ST9815) that never got released. It made it as far as the Schwann Record Catalog.
  15. Is 9131 Chairmen of the board Elmo James / I'm on my way to a better place Yes. We exchanged PMs. It was the same title as above.
  16. I'll see if I can get a scan done tonight. The Lucifer album isn't unlistenable but it's not really soul as we know it. I think this is the Chairmen 45 I mentioned earlier. Will check tonight.
  17. Sales history on discogs suggests $75-$85.
  18. The subdirectory on that site refers to "Jason". Maybe Jason Perlmutter?
  19. Looking for a nice copy of Shades of Time / Fleming Williams - Can You Dig It / Poverty Child on Better World.
  20. WANT: Shades Of Time - Can You Dig It (Better World)
  21. Three latest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s86Xa0_pK5s
  22. Hank Carbo - Bad Luck on HCP, VG+, nice and shiny but has a few small marks, plays great. £35 Soundclip (not my copy):
  23. Mine has a different title. Can't remember exactly what, but they used the wrong song title. Must be several variants. Probably from different pressing plants.
  24. I haven't compared the Satisfaction Unlimited test press to the album version, but I've never noticed any differences between the two. I could check to see if the track length differs. Don't think I have any other unreleased stuff but will check. There's a Chairman 45 that was never released but if remember correctly both tracks were album tracks. I picked up a Lucifer test press that was originally marked "Golden World", don't know if scans are of interest. I also have some documents that came with a few test presses I bought earlier this year.
