probably won't. Smoking is banned over here and the only thing changed is the air indoors (and tables and chairs outdoors all year ) Job in a smoking venue or no job at all. I know what I would choose.

Doesn't your website count as an ordinary publication ? Are you not covered by "free speech" ? Mr. Bivins probably has no idea what he is doing. Most likely he has been told to keep an eye out for dodgy websites and e-mails this threat to every site he finds when googling.

Thanks for the help If anyone wants them they're for sale for a tenner for the lot. Only thing is, the only mint copy is tmg590, there's one vg+, the rest is vg. Tmg 545 turned out to be swedish I'll pre-haggle them for you: -Oi! That's a bit expensive mate! -Oh ? - I'll take'em for 8 quid! -Ok, they're yours. So £8 it is.

You could try to report him to ebay as a non-selling seller. You have the evidence and ebay has some routines for these things. I recently won a record then the seller told me he had sold it somewhere else for a higher price. I reported him. The frustrating bit is that ebay won't tell you what they have done about it. I assume the seller gets a warning and then if it happens again he gets thrown out. Some sellers just don't understand the difference between auction and sales ad.

The label was operational from '59 to '69. There were almost 90 records in that time. A label listing can be found in The R&B Indies book.
