  1. This is the only definition of crossover that does not confuse an outsider like me. The later "definitions" of crossover should be given better names of their own.
  2. Yes Brett, that's the one. If you would like to sell it I'm buying
  3. I have to admit to being a label collector I have almost finished the Invictus/Hot Wax/Music Merchant group and am now looking at three other labels. (Still looking for some if anyone got some of the tougher ones up for sale..... like Brenda Holloway on Music Merchant) There are some tunes I've heard that I probably would've missed if not trying to complete the label. And it's great for later reference.

  5. Apart from soul/funk/r&b : Jazz, mostly female vocal. Rock, from japanese neo-psych to norwegian noise-music and beyond. I mostly find the traditional bands too boring. The music needs to have some kind of groove... or soul. Electronic music, blip-blop style. 80's synth and industrial. And most of all electro-acoustic styles. Classical, all kinds.

Awful 70's rock. Lots of energy but no soul.

So you've made another version of record-dealer.com but with a "Virtual DJ Booth" ? No wonder ebay stays on top of the game when all the dissatisfied sellers make their own auction site instead of cooperating on just one site. Oh well, good luck to you Kevin edit: Too late to be a smartass once again. Some day I'll get there first
  16. Not buying a cd when there is an LP on the way

I've been watching this on ebay for a few months. It never goes for more than 110 USD. That would be £50-£60. Music Merchant is not a very rare label must be tons of them out there still. That manship auction is nothing more than a joke.
