How about; Add a new part to the guidelines that says all accusations or potentionally harmful posts must be signed with full name or they will be closed/deleted. If not followed the post gets locked for 24 hours awaiting identification of poster. If no ID is given within that time then the post is deleted.

I got a record that had cracked all the way through due to using cardboard mailer with no stiffeners. I sent the seller a picture of the cracked record telling him it was a good example of what happens when not using stiffeners. The refund arrived before I got home from work. And I was a happy customer. The seller had left me positive feedback when shipping so I had nothing to fear but still left him positive feedback for being a trustworthy seller. Gotta find a new copy of that record though Luckily it's not too rare.
