You implicating this was not a sale at all, but that is your opinion and you bought the records with that in mind, and I agree that I think you should have received your records or a acknowledgement of your message. I do appreciate that in an earlier post you said English is not your first language so a phone call is not really something you can do. Hopefully your order comes through.

Pleased about a half price sale because they are now sold at the correct price, that does not make sense to me and then spend thousands of pounds at the said sale 🤔

Most people on here seem pleased with the prices and the main gripe has been the time taken to fulfil the orders or records not been available due to been sold to other customers. John and his team have been working flat out fulfilling the orders so in my opinion that indicates that people were trying to grap bargains while they could. Obviously your opinion on the sale differs.

No reason at all but you said it was not a sale at all, even though most people took it as one. Maybe if you shopped around for the records at those normal prices you may have had them at your door quicker.

But you still decided to put an order in !

I would imagine that was his intention, he gets rid of dead stock and the buyers are happy will half price records or some are 🙂

I would guess a lot of the records would be maybe several copies at best and hard to please everyone when those copies are gone Money refunded no loss really just a bit of disappointment. Life goes on 👍

A monumental task undertaken and in hindsight John himself would probably say it was a exercise that outstripped expectation and put him and his team under pressure but most on here seems happy, most complaints seem now over missing records but that is the chance taken with sales like these, he isn't Amazon.

Had a listen to the previews and the single on YouTube and sounds great, good to hear someone putting a fresh slant on things.

Great post, after all the negativity, positivity seems to be the main reason for people posting on here now regarding the sale. Good that orders are now getting through after all the hard work John and his team have to put in.

That video really sums up the task John and his team have, hopefully people will give him time get the records out and not get too angry about the situation.

At this moment I do not see any alternative,other than cancelling the order, I get everyone's frustration but John is not a fly by night and with patience and a bit more tolerance all will end well probably with not as many records as expected but fully refunded for the missing ones.
