Looking for a copy of this 45 - EDDIE SPENCER - DREAM LOVER / A WHITER SHADE OF PALE - GOOD GROOVE 5007 I have his other Good Groove 45 and his classic on Arc but I was also wondering if there was anything else he did on 45?

Not really Soul but got this a few weeks ago for 50c from a Flea Market.

I did not actually buy them but a bloke I used to work with back in the 70's gave me a bag of pressings and there was a Tony Hestor on Karate in there!!

I hawked a copy of Marcia Hines album around for a year or 2 and took about $25 for it in the end, 45 is much more expensive.

Had a day digging around Toronto and found a few Toronto labels and managed to get some interesting sleeves as well. I have never seen the Sound Of sleeve before? LMP sleeve was with the correct 45 - Lovejoy Music Productions.

I have 3 on this label. Are there any more?

I picked up a great compilation yesterday and am just listening to the Paragons version of The Tide Is High. I don't think I have ever heard a Reggae track where a violin is so prominent in the song? It is a great comp with tracks by The Techniques, The Paragons, The Three Tops (new one on me), The Jamaicans, The Sensations, The Melodians, Alton and the Flames.

There is a catalogue done by a local collector - Dave Whatmough - but it is everything and anything, pop, rock, country. It is a massive thing and just too much to plough through. It costs a pretty penny too

I am struggling to find Canadian Northern issues and the job is not being helped by: A - a Joannie Sommers popping up on Canadian Warner Bros this week B - just seeing an Eddie Carlton - It Will Be Done on Reo on John's auction page Has anyone ever compiled a list of Northern classics/rareties that have come out in Canada? I do not mean things like The Toys, etc etc stuff as that has been well covered. Please let me know what you have so I can try and get some sort of wants/catalogue list together.
