The 'Singapore Soul Club' returns to its original home at The Penny Black at Boat Quay, Singapore to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The original DJ's, Dr. Phil and Major Lens will be providing a selection of Northern & Modern Soul sounds, with a sprinkling of reggae & ska.
