    After the fire and cancellation of last months event,we welcome the end of the year we normally have 2 events in this month but it's been a turbulent year so this is the final one of the year with local guests BRUMMIE KEV & LINDA MARY HUGHES doing their bit behind the decks ablely helped by resident crew of David & Stewart Fairclough Colwyn Roberts and myself its £5 door tax ,wooden dance floor ,reasonably priced refreshments entrance is at the side ,car park at the rear see you on the day a massive thanks to ALL that have supported us throughout the year and a big thanks to all the guest djs and to Dicky Roberts for being our main donator and organiser..

    Back for our Christmas end of this year bash with Andy Reedy Wayne Butterworth and myself playing the tunes from Northern soul motown to club classics for a mere £3 otd large wooden dance floor, talc allowed ,car park,reasonably priced refreshments hopefully see you on the night

    BACK AGAIN FOR OUR MONTHLY SESSION AT FAILSWORTH HOME GUARD COMARADES CLUB HELPING TO KEEP THEM AFLOAT AS BEST WE CAN JOINING MYSELF AND WAYNE THIS MONTH IS WELL KNOWN RADIO PRESENTER/DJ JOHN MITCHELL PLAYING THE BEST IN NORTHERN /MOTOWN AND CLUB SOUL SOUNDS FROM 7-12 AND ONLY £3 ON THE DOOR,HUGE WOODEN FLOOR TALC ALLOWED , WE HOPE YOU ENJOY OUR SELECTIONS ALL ON VINYL

    Surely thats ,wrong how much you spend Chalky?? Me and you probably do but that doesn't make wigan the b all and end all of northern surely, I was too young for the wheel and torch but did blue rooms mecca wigan etc and a varied epitome of records were played as you know cost in them days was miniscule, top dollar then was 20 -35 max ,I purchased with a friend big boys at the time chapter five 25,cobblestone 15,precissions 20,stemmons express 25 the list endless every week as it still is a hunt for tunes I had ,didn't have or un heard of stuffwhich I prefer anyway can't wait for wigan 60 ,wheelchair parade ,Ps well done in benalmadena too

    NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE THE LAST ONE WHICH WAS A WEE BIT QUIET DUE SOME 50TH ANNIVERSARY GOING ON ,WE ARE BACK THE FOUR MUSKATEERS AND ONE GUEST IN THE WAKE OF THE ISLANDS "JIMBO HUGHES " WHO IS NO STRANGER TO OUR DECKS ,DAVE AND STEWART TAKE TO THE DECKS WITH COLWYN AND MYSELF RAFFLE LATER IN THE EVENING SO DONATIONS GREATLY RECEIVED £5 OTD 2PM START TIL 7PM ROOMS AVAILABLE IF YOU WISH TO STAY OVER ( i can highly recommend the brekkie ) SO HOPEFULLY SEE YOU ON THE DAY
