    Manship says the originals have this heavy scratched matrix number but with other stamped markings which mine doesn't have.

    He says the boots have light scratched matrix reading  A-23116 SP

    I'm thinking it's a boot but can anyone help verify please?

I have had  3 of these in the past,all in mint- condition as mentioned previously a tongue in cheek tune and usually clears the floor,all sold around 15 years ago at 300,the last one was signed by the great man himself at his performance at the ritz in manchester which i sold as mentioned for 300 then edwin passes away a week later only to see it shoot up to 400-450 which in today's obscene market i would value at between 500-600 never a grand its a rare tune but there are more rarer tunes out there going for the same money and fill a floor just my own personal opinion........

  4. i originally thought crossover was modernish if thats the right word that was/were played in the modern rooms that crossed over into the the northern rooms its very very rare that it does this vise versa ,i'll get me coat .........  

  5. hi anyone got a cheapie ,played mine last night and its got deep scratches in it god knows how as i bought it from new so looking to replace not bothered if it has the sleeve or not as i have mine cheers in advance steve ...pps will pay up to 20 max

Hello everyone just an update,Anthony Foden's funeral will take place on Thursday 16th September at St Asaph crematorium at 12 noon for those coming from the Manchester end take junction 27A off the  A55 and head for Glascoed road follow for about a mile crematorium is on the left ,casual dress,donations to be made to national heart foundation ,please NO FLOWERS,no wake has been organised by the family but if you require refreshment the Plough inn is approx a mile away from the crematorium ,The Roe, LL17 0LU some of us are going there for a quick drink to celebrate Tony's life ,we hope to see a few of you attending myself and Ingrid are both devastated at the loss of our good friend SO WE HOPE TO GIVE HIM THE SEND OFF HE DESERVES with kind regards Steve

  7. she did and he was Martyn ,it was and still is a shock,to the fact i couldn't get any work done yesterday,i have so many stories about him i could write a book,i missed his visits to my house every tuesday when he moved but we kept in touch it is ironic that sunday i was going round to his bungalow to see him after the alldayer which i have in old colwyn today..we are dedicating that to his life i just hope he reserves a chair next to him for me xx...i am very touched by your kind words thank you
