  7. I wasn’t there that night but went there a lot. I remember seeing Roy Ayers, The Crusaders, Crown Heights Affair and more. We spent a lot of time in the nightclub, Dido’s. I remember the last night of the Calli, we were told we could rip any of the fittings off the wall because it was being demolished the next day.

  15. My wife and I go on a cruise every year. On the t.v. In the cabin you can access the ship’s music channel. This is on it and it’s become our romantic holiday tune. It gets played over and over each cruise.

  17. I was in our small market town in Wiltshire and went in to a charity shop. They had a pile of singles. Going through them I found the usual Val Doonican, Ken Dodd stuff then found some Ray Merrell pop stuff, at this point I thought my luck couldn’t be that good, but low and behold almost the last record was a mint copy of Tears of Joy.
  18. I was on a cruise ship and flicking through the various entertainment options on offer on the cabins tv I found a music channel with different genres of music. I was listening to the R&B section when on came Charles Sheffield.
  19. I didn't watch it but I would be interested to know if she mentioned her father, Don Arden, who was one of the worst rip off merchants going.

  21. I stand corrected. I was led to believe they were white.
