Brian 'Mr 45s' Phillips. How can anyone mention the Wheel and not mention the legendary Brian Phillips? Brian still DJs and generally DJs upfront sets rather than oldies stuff, though he's perfectly capable of digging back to his early days. Lovely man and very modest about his impact on the UK soul scene.
