Soon be time for the Pemberton Masonic Soul Night, DJ times are below: 8–8.3. Tony Brookes 8.30–9. Jimmy Knowles 9–9.30. Kev Murphy 9.30–10. Phil Threlfall 10–10.40. Jimmy Knowles 10.40–11.20. Kev Murphy 11.20–12. Phill Threlfall 12–12.30. Tony Brookes We intend to kick off at 8pm but if anyone is there earlier we’ll start the music. Please note, Pemberton Masonic Hall is a no vaping and no talc venue, if you want to vape you’ll have to go outside. And no talc on the dance floor whatsoever, it doesn’t need it See you all on Saturday

Fantastic day at the Sink, a packed club from early on with attendees from all parts of the country. Busy dance floor all day with everyone thoroughly enjoying the mix of music—this isn’t just another northern soul Club playing top 500, the music is fresh, varied and top quality. Just over a week to go till the next Sink Rhythm & Soul Club event takes place once again down in the atmospheric basement of Heebie Jeebies in Liverpool Folks travelling from far and wide for this one—Scotland, London, Jersey, Wales, Yorkshire, the North East, Manchester, Blackpool, Chester, Hull, Congleton and more. Plus loads who live more local to the venue—Wigan, Haydock, St Helens, Golborne, the Wirral, Southport, Tyldesley, Rainhill, Warrington and even Liverpool itself! PEMBERTON MASONIC HALL CHAPEL STREET PEMBERTON WIGAN WN5 8JP SATURDAY 13th MAY 2023, 7.30pm till 12.30am DJS FOR OUR FIRST EVENT ARE: PHIL THRELFALL KEV MURPHY JIMMY KNOWLES TONY BROOKES Our first event at this venue following the closure of Burscough British Legion last year…..a great little club with a large car park and a capacity of 150 which is located 5 minutes from the M6 and M58 motorways and close to Wigan and St Helens. We will be playing a great mix of music including northern oldies and rare and forgotten gems from the 60s & 70s, plus more. And all on original vinyl We will be booking 3 top guests for each event and plan on having some of the top DJs and collectors in the country on at our events. Dates for 2023 are: Saturday 13th May, Saturday 8th July, Saturday 30th September and Saturday 11th November…. Hope you can make it, it will be great to see everyone again!

The people, the venue, the music…..all these factors combine to make the Sink Rhythm & Soul Club THE place to be on Sunday 19th February. A basement venue like Heebie Jeebies seems to create a unique atmosphere for this type of event, we believe you can’t beat it. If you haven’t been to the Sink yet you’re in for a treat, be prepared for a Sunday afternoon totally different than the norm, this is not just another Northern Soul oldies event. See you there.
