Absolutely.....used to see this fairly regularly between $25 to $100. Fairly tricky to find a clean copy.....decent tune for sure, but never quite understood why anyone would rate it around 3-400 quid.

I always mail expensive items (or whenever the buyer wants the service) from California, using a registered service. It's an additional $11.50 to the standard fee for mailing one 45 (approx. $6.00 to the UK), and allows you to track your parcel from door to door using the USPS website. Hope the Western finds it's way to you, but for future reference, always ask for your parcel to be registered.

Like a lot of gospel soul recordings the date can cause a little confusion, as this sounds more like a '71/'72 disc. I know 4 floated through eBay over the last year, pretty much all going under the collective radar. 2 came here to California to myself and a friend of mine, not sure what happened to the other 2.
