Long Players And Rare 45S For Set Sale With Soundclips
Greg Belson replied to Greg Belson's topic in Record Sales
I've just included dropbox links to all the files as well as divshare, as it appears there's been a problem of late with the latter service. Dropbox should be your friend! Cheers! -
In that case, The Cult 'The mail must go through' on Starburst....this release had three different covers with the second sleeve having a color variant. The first cover; The second cover, with both color variants;
-
Mom's Apple Pie released this LP on Brown Bag records in 1972, including a very credible version of 'I just want to make love to you'......first up is the banned cover, second image is what they used to replace it. Not too difficult to see why the first was banned.

Gospel Modern Soul Monster For Set Sale - Soundclip Included
Greg Belson replied to Greg Belson's topic in Record Sales
There's been some PM'd interest on this title but no solid buy as yet.....I priced this with no other guideline to go against, except the knowledge of how rare this is and how it impacts the right dancefloor. I'd be willing to accept a decent offer to give this great track more exposure and a new home. Cheers! -
The Jester Wild excellent DJ mix site recently asked me to provide another mix for them....this time, I thought I'd keep it 100% gospel r&b....so we head to moody downtempo territory to kick things off before taking a walk through a selection of strollers and swayers....and then we heat it up nicely with some quality dancefloor destroyers. Check it out by following this downloadable link. Cheers! https://www.jesterwild.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=149:jester-wild-show-volume-89brigreg-belsoni&catid=22:shows-2015&Itemid=124

Here's the 44th installment of The Divine Chord Gospel Show which appears monthly on dublab.com. https://www.mixcloud.com/gregbelson/divine-chord-gospel-show-pt-44-with-guest-dj-eli-paperboy-reed/ This month, we were honored to have as our first ever guest on the show, Mr Eli 'Paperboy' Reed. The broadcast was extended into a 2 hour 'soundclash' special featuring all original 45's selected from our playboxes. For the 1st hour, I blended together a selection of r&b strollers & steppers, including a mighty version of 'Jericho' by The Melodic Singers. Check the incredible cut by Prophet G. Lusk. Amazing. Just a few deep soul cuts this month, before heading into funk territory, including a boss 45 from the Hightones. There's a sublime dancefloor take on the Florida Spiritualaires' 'I remember when' too. Then Eli 'Paperboy' Reed took over - mid way through the set, check out his 2 songs performed live in the studio. ....followed by a sweet selection of OG 45's for your entertainment. ALL KILLER, NO FILLER! Feel free to join the facebook group 'The Divine Chord Gospel Show'!
