  2. The Twisted Wheel badges were also available at the Oasis Market in central M/CR in the downstairs section, at the end by the door, but as you rightly say a lot of people had them custom made. Later on there were custom made ones for the Blackpool Mecca, and I still have one. Ricardo.
  3. That sounds like my head on a saturday morning. Ricardo.

  8. Johno.........just a bit of banter, are you getting the Limelights mixed up with the Seviceman that he also had, now that was a VG+ copy. Anyway he sold them both. regards Ritchie.
  9. You should have gone to Specsavers ????????????
  10. A superb Rare Record with a great version of "it won't hurt" on the other side. Price wise worth considerably more than J.M's latest guide price. Most copies are Demos but issues do exist (Steve Green sold one for £700) see his post above. One also went recently in VG condition on E-bay, but prior to that, only one previously listed on Popsike in 2007. Regards Ricardo.
  11. Condition of Sams copy in Burnley was a strong M-, I know 'cos I also know the guy that got it. If anybody see's one for £1200 (cheap) snap it up @ that price. Ricardo
  12. Are you shure "This won't change"............................... Ricardo.
  13. Dave I think it was titled Libras really do run it ! Regarding the Penny release it was played @ the Blackpool Mecca and I remember the place being "awash" with copies. Hardly a £400 record I'm sure. Ricardo.
  14. I've sent you an e-mail. Ricardo.
  15. In reality Bob Foster only ever had one copy. He sold it to Soul Sam after a Colwyn Bay Pier Allnighter in 1978. Bob was living in Clifton road in Llandudno then & getting rid of a lot of his Detroit rarities. This of course was one the rarest ! Best Regards Ricardo.
  16. The first person I knew to have / play this was 'Big Barry' from Rhyl (sadly now deceased) and the year was 1975. It used to clear the floor @ the Riverboat room in Rhos - on - Sea, along with many other 'future Northern Biggies'. Regards Ricardo.
  17. Unable to attend in person, but will be there in spirit. Ritchie & Ann Andrew.
  18. Which ways the Lavie !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  21. Yes and she calls herself 'Northern soul sister' on E-Bay. Perhaps we should re-name her 'Northern soul rip off' and definitley not a 'sister' to us on here! Regards Ricardo.
  22. Hi John, All the 'Whats your game / name sides are the same.' As you rightly say its the Baby side that influences the value. Regards Ritchie.
  23. I've only ever seen one copy of: The Gentlemen Four - You can't keep a good man down - Wand on E-Bay. Regards Ricardo.
  24. THERE'S ACTUALLY 3 ISSUES OF THIS RECORD THE THIRD HAVING: WHAT'S YOUR GAME (LESSER VALUE COPY) & MATRIX 70512 -X ON ONE SIDE BABY ( HIGHER VALUE COPY) & MATRIX 70824 PLUS - SIDE A - RE ALSO SCRATCHED IN - THE DEADWAX.
