  1. I know, I know but sworn to secrecy - fabulous choice Ady
  2. Well I know but didn't like to say he fell after one hit
  3. Mandy don't mention or tell them about the loft, ok i will then apart from being a record room it doubled as shall we say a room for pleasure seekers, we had it all, whips, chains,a full selection of outfits, nurse, nun, santa suite (my favorite) and Mandy you left you French maids costume there (Mandy's favorite) it's still in good condition apart from the holes in the tights but i caught my toe nail on them so will get you a new pair.....lol Mark Bicknell. link
  4. I thought he'd only been in celebrity boxing
  5. You just never give in do you
  6. Jimmy Helms - You're Mine You - Symbol 923- Arranged by Bert Keyes this Juggy Production simply takes me to another place, a superb down to mid tempo end of a set type of stuff, fantastic voice, awesome emotion and possibly one of the hardest Symbol demos to find, issue/stock copies are around the place anything from £30.00 to £50.00, the standard symbol issues as The Poets etc. seem to be more common that the straight Black design but either way you are buying a quality tune. Tommy Tate - I'm Taking On Pain B/W Are You From Heaven - Okeh 7242 Ok Mark White will be in trouble here as this is one of the best if not the best double headers in my collection, two huge awesome sides it's hard to pick the best side so i conclude a draw here it's so hard to pick a winner, both big productions, Tommy Tate has a powerhouse voice and does the buisiness here with two outstanding sides, price wise got to be £150.00 at least if not a little more, play it loud and even the neighbours will cry. Regards - Mark Bicknell. link

  10. Coorrr forgot all about this record - very nice tune indeed - used to be played at lot at Droylsden .... don't know how much it'd be worth now though sorry
  11. unfortunately not just my taste I'm afraid ... my dad used to make us listen to Fats Domino/Jerry Lee Lewis etc when we were little so I had my fill of that them few years ago
  12. Just you be very careful old man
  13. I just think that people/dinasours etc should give other sounds a chance - I'm so glad I did. I only ever liked mid-tempo (still do really) but I actually threw myself round the dance floor at the Rangers (Stafford) last Friday to something I'd never heard before but loved the beat and my god it was a bit fast for me but what the heck
  14. I've not read all the posts but I think 70s should be in the northern room after all we have to listen to RnB don't we (and that's shite IMO) A few years ago I wouldn't have agreed but I've took my blinkers off and started to listen to various stuff and I now love the 70s/crossover stuff (please don't tell me dad though ) so yes, it should be played
  15. No sorry, my idea so I get first choice and I choose........ the B side
