Some thieving bastard has hacked into my ebay account and tried to sell some mobile phones on my ID. Somehow ebay realised it was`nt the real me and suspended my account. They sent me a mail saying I will get a mail telling me how to reactivate my account but nothing has appeared yet....... I`ve had dealings with ebay before and I find them difficult to get hold of. Does anyone have a contact email address, or even a phone number I could try to actually speak to somebody about this problem? A friend inthe US has this record, he thinks its out of South bend Indiana and has appreared in a US price guide at $400-500. He thinks it may be Northern but I dont know it....... anyone help? Chris

Chalk, its at Allied bewery social club in Burton, the venue hold 400+ and is absolutely fantastic, large wooden dance floor, cheap bar (as you would expect)etc DJs are Myself,Jason,Beano and special guest Ted Massey in other words all the originals. I`d love to get steve back from Germany, I`ve asked him but i dont think he can make it, but I still hope he does. I`ve spoken to loads of the original attendees and everyone is coming.......I`ve only had the date confirmed for a few weeks but its gonna be a great night, I would expect you to be there! cheers, chris

I mentioned this briefly during the paul Thompson debate,on my last trip stateside I picked up a record on Volt by the leaders called "Which way". I have heard it on a tape or somewhere in the distant past. Its a great crossover type 2 step dancer but nobody I know seems to know much about it, value, rarity etc, anyone help? chris

Around 1993 I got talked into going to a Friday night at Bretby and it was like a brand new beginning. The quality of music being played by Chris Anderton (how could someone so young be so knowledgeable), Steve Smith, and others was fantastic. They were so open minded, anything went as long as the quality was good. Had some good nights since but I'll never forget those Bretby Friday nights. .................
