I have a blue LANDO issue - which turns up less often than the demo from what I can tell and a white label LENDO.
Instinct, nothing more, tells me that the LENDO is a later press, even though that may mean later in the 60ts............
The blue LANDO issue has a sheldon stamp, Chicago as indicated.
The white (demo) LENDO do not.
My guess might be that someone had them pressed later as all the ones I have seen are super fresh vinyl. They certainly haven't done the rounds like the LANDO copies. Of course they could just have been stored for years, but again instinct tells me they were made a fresh to filter out, but just never shifted back when ever.
So for me LANDO white and blues = first press
LENDO = later press.

Item : Jobete Music Company Inc Acetate
Title : "Honey Lane"
I searched the details on this acetate and came to these entries :
Honey Lane [berry Gordy Jr, Norman Whitfield] publ. Jobete
Tommy Good; acc. The Temptations [unidentified] acetate
Condition : A difficult one to grade. It has a serious warp. The track besides this plays VG- ; but because of the warp I am grading Fair (F). I have included a sound file for you to hear the 45 in part ; make your own judgement. No returns. It has a warp, so lets be clear on that - it may play on your system, it may not ! It did for me as the soundclip shows.

Can't really add much to these dis-jointed debate.............still havent had any RnR examples that have been played on the Northern scene..........I'd be interested in those..........just to say Yeah or Nah too.........
Many Stateside, including a friend of mine, stated "its all RnB or Rock n Roll"............his main disctinction being the move from primarily black artists performing RnB with mainly local success to the white kids taking it National as Rock n Roll and although some sweeping generalisation there is a point to that statement (imho)......
He didnt have any distinction between his RnB and all our divisions of RnB / Soul / Northern / Rare Soul etc etc........just didnt see them
I accept we have splits now, mightly fine, that have evolved to where they are. I believe the early clubs played a real wide mix, including Jamacian Ska..............its as we move forward that things have narrowed / specialised..........
Happy to be corrected / here your views...............
