  1. Just bloody marvelous!! Waiting for 21 records I'd hate to see my postie get the push 'cos he's a gem. No soggy parcels on the doorstep for me
  2. Brett, been trying to call you for a while with no luck. Check yer PM's
  3. I've got this on CD somewhere. I'm fairly certain it's not totally legit, as I seem to recall it had no sleeve notes, details of compiler etc
  4. ....and another Gene_Chandler_and_Barbara_Acklin___Show_Me_The_Way_To_Go___Brunswick_.mp3
  5. Another cheapie Arthur_Adams___Can_t_Wait_To_See_you___Chisa_1969.mp3
  6. A nice cheapie Soul_Pushers___With_A_Broken_Heart___Ambush.mp3
  7. Don't worry dawg. 'Aint nettin' I'm g'wan wan check from yo anyway. Ya git me?
  8. From the same CD came this, very very Barry White-ish track as well
  9. Welcome to the forum The track is: African Bee by The Phat Cat Players from their 2000 CD 'Make It Phat Baby' on Parlane Entertainment.
  10. You beat me to it Rich. What a brilliant version of Archie Bell.
  11. The 7" is only 3.12 compared to the LP's 5.01 in length. You're better off with the 7" though as the LP version goes into a pretty mundane stripped down 2 minutes.
  12. Get your backside round here D'arcy so we can do some trades if you fancy it
  13. Despite being a Soulie, I would've loved to have to have gone to Paradise Garage to hear Larry Levan spin
  14. https://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=E9qmJoob_ik I hope that in 4 and a half years I can my daughter to do this
  15. I would post more, but everyone's ''anally retentive anarchic puritanical'' attitude bores me
  16. I went to House do in the late 80's at Fulham Football Club where someone let a tear gas canister off. That definitely cleared the floor
  17. Deleted......Posted in wrong thread
  18. The LP was released with 2 different covers and slightly different tracklistings as well.
  19. I think the 12" re-issue has a white logo instead of red.
  20. The good old days when the East End still had great records to be found. Mark Houghton got his Norris Vines from Paul for Music in Bethnal Green for a £1
  21. My one (wrong) has 2 numbers over each other that has a line crossed through them S-900/S-9014 The 14 is over the last 0. Next to that however is the number S-9014A which is OK. I suspect the pressings with the line through the numbers would indicate the duff version
  22. Tis all true I tell thee. Fortunately for me Girf, Mr Dennis amongst others chose not to wade through the 7"'s, as everyone had had their fill on 50p 12's & £1 LP's. I guess I was robbed then for paying £2 for an unknown 45
  23. Yeah, I thought that as well after seeing a comment from one sold and listed on popsike. Thanks to you both.
  24. Bobby Wilburn issue for £2 in Boscombe nr Bournemouth. I only bought it 'cos it was on Gamble
