Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but need to inform people that sadly The Verve in Bury is closing down on October 20th, so there will be no further Sunday Soul Sessions or Northern Soul Allnighters at the venue, it's a great shame as the allnighter certainly had the makings to become a very popular venue, big shout to Rick Wilkes the owner who is a top bloke and it's so rare to get a club owner who actually loves the music and behind what you do, best wish to Rick and all his staff for the future, also many thanks to all the DJ's and people who helped promote the short lived veuue. I may look for another venue to replace the December 22nd date but have a few other issues to deal with at this time and it's not like there ain't enough venues out there lol. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
