I incert an onion up the turkey's bum, layer rashes of bacon on the top of the bird and this i find keeps it tender and moist, nothing worse than a dry old bird....lol Mark Bicknell.

Like i said had it a bit back, was a very hard record to find until now it would seem, very hard record to play, totally agree with the rarity over quality comment which as we all know is pretty common on this scene...i.e. if enough people hype something, 'kings new cloths' ethic kind of deal then it's a little bit like it must be good if x,y,z say so and play it, some follow, some make their own minds up and others tell it like it is. Right that's it........i've just been to Ashton with my lad to do a bit of Christmas shopping, ended up costing me a fortune......'Dad can i have'...lol, i'm not going out again now until i go back to work on Boxing Day, it's madness like the shops are never gonna open again, i only had words with six or seven people so not that bad really....lol Happy Christmas - Mark Bicknell.
