I don't blame the seller where the item is insured, as they can't declare $10 when the items insured for, say, $200 otherwise they the insurance won't pay up if the item does genuinely go missing or get broke. It's the archaic customs regulations in this country that's to blame. After all, based on the true reasons why customs is there, every declared value of a 60's soul single should be no more than 50cents
I do get a bit narked tho when a seller declares an un-insured item at anything over the $15 that the USPS offer as compensation
