  1. That's ok i've heard the Lee Harris version and there's definitively three versions of "Don't let your love fade away". But i don't know if that without organ appears on the yellow issue ...
  2. Ok for "Do It" Live version on red (Mine copy) and studio on the yellow. But there's also another version available here (Without organ): "Don't let Our Love Fade Away" I never heard the Lee Harris version.
  3. Thanks for the info. The other version without hammond is on the yellow ?
  4. Hi. There's two press of this track (Red & Yellow label). According to Manship the red is the first issue but the yellow issue seems to be more expensive. it's due to the rarity of this one? (seems to be much rarer than the red). It's the version without hammond on the yellow? Thanks.
  5. Thanks Agent ! It seems to be rare or not in demand by the northern soul scene but it sounds pretty good in my ears ! For me it’s one of the finest versions of the Tim Hardin classic with also a brilliant typical Southern tune on flip.
  6. Hi. Anybody can said me the value for this nice track of Eldridge Holmes on Deesu 303 "If i were a carpenter/ No substitue". I didn't find info for the price of this one. (Manship, Forum sales...) Thanks, Stephane.
  7. Thanks Neil! But i'm disappointed it's not this one. She has others issues on Tuba ? I heard this track one time and i believe that it's on Tuba label but maybe i make a mistake.
  8. Hi! Anybody have a soundclip for this tune ? There's a track by Dee Edwards that i like so much but i don't remember the title. Thanks, Stephane.
  9. Hi! Anybody have a soundclip for this tune ? There's a track by Dee Edwards that i like so much but i don't remember the title. Thanks, Stephane.
  10. Yes Matt, Marie Franklin is a brilliant record. There's also an other pink issue for this.
  11. Thanks for your scan Sebastian! Mine copy is the Monarch pink styrene issue.
  12. Thanks Sebastian. Yes i think there's different pressing plants.(West coast & East coast) Some issues on this label are notified in Manship as Los Angeles(Venture) issues and some others as Hollywood(ABC) or Chicago(Chess)?!
  13. Hi. Anyone have info on Maverick different press? There's some green and pink issues on this label. It's just a different location press ? West Coast, East Coast ? Mine copy is pink with MR delta number and X stamp in run out. Thanks.
  14. Thanks, so I am satisfied to have found the burgundy issue , "It's my turn" is a very nice deep soul ballad. George McGregor seems to be his brother and "Temptation is hard To Fight" is one of my favorites tracks. I like listened this in the morning ! There's info on Billy McGregor here: LINK
  15. Thanks for your response ! Yes it's the one (burbury) that i've bought for a great price. It's a second issue or just different color of label ?
  16. Nobody have info for this ?
  17. Hi. Somedody can tell me more about "It's my turn/ The great creation" different press (Gold or Purple on Mellotone 1000) & respective prices for them ? Thanks, Stephane.

  19. Hi. I'm looking for a reissue of Ivorys on Kent or Soul City. On Despenza it's impossible for me ... Thanks, Stephane.
  20. There's so much issue of this !! Graig, the matrix number is LH-4693 4694 ?
  21. I received my copy and for sure it's not the same matrix number . My matrix number is the same that the mona release : LH-4693 LH-4694 Matrix on others Jewel release is SL-1440. Maybe is the first Jewel Release not a boot or reissue
  22. It's a mystery ... but Mark have this on light green with logo an other that i never seen but it's the same that the original Lp release by Jewel According to bsnpubs site... The Jewel label for the blues series was green, ranging from dark green to light blue-green. It had black print, with the Jewel logo on top. The Jewel label for the gospel series was a blue-green color, sometimes leaning more to green and other times leaning more to blue. The gospel LPs tended toward a blue label. It had black print, with the Jewel logo on top. Jewel Album Discography I don't have the singles discography.
  23. I found info on the sirshambling site and it seems that she has released only one 7''. The Mona release has to be very rare !! Anyone have the green release with no logo ??
  24. Ola V Harper Ola V Harper only seems to have had this one 45 released which is a shame as her big voice carried enough power and passion to have merited further recordings. On the fine beat ballad penned and produced by bluesman Peppermint Harris "I Wanna Weep" she is most effective - clearly she wasn't afraid to let it rip generating a fair amount of emotion from the song. Some dance fans have started to pick up on this number showing that their tastes aren't all bad. The local issue of this cut has a Houston, TX address so that was maybe where she came from. I wanna weep / Resisting ~ MONA 7001 / JEWEL 797 (1968)
