I admire you people being positive on this but I really think trying to carry on would be a disaster. There's been too much controversy and bad feeling generated and alot will just turn their back on it even if it goes ahead. Rob Wigley's earlier post sums it up Tracey and Andy were unfotunately out of their depth taking on a project of this size and the result was inevitable IMO Lets just put the whole thing to bed apart from people getting their money back

John I think you could kill the speculaton stone dead quite easily by saying which copy is coming up for auction. If you dont want to as seems obvious - when is the auction going to start? At least we'll know then from the description.

i think JM could kill a lot of the speculation without betraying any confidence by simply stating if this is one of the 2 "known" copies or not. John? After all it will be apparent when the auction starts cos it'll be obvious if its TB's or KB's copy by the description
