Got a UK copy of Up In The Streets Of Harlem (Atlantic 584020) which has a B-side titled You Cant Love Them All. However the A-side plays Sock It To Em JB which sounds like Rex Garvin and the B-side plays Up In The Streets Of Harlem. Anyone shed any light on this??

Pete you're completely missing the point here, no one's talking about "modern" Are you saying that if its not a familiar oldie its "modern"? I'm talking about 60s up tempo records that are exactly the same ilk as the classics. Theres a thread in the wants section about the Tiarras - Loves Made A Connection, theres a link to a youtube clip in there. Have a good listen to that and then come back on here and let me know what you think of it. I'd be interested to see what you think, if you can honestly say its not good then fair enough -

Get yourselves to the next Burnley all nighter when Butch is on (23rd Oct) I think he'll be doing a 2 hr spot of 60s stuff, listen to this and then decide if it makes the grade or not. If you can honestly say that its not good then theres something wrong somewhere, Jean Carter for example is as good at least as any of the big classics from 74/5 Salvadors Tomangoes etc I'm not talking about anything other than up tempos 60s here, its all cut from the same cloth as the classics! -
