Musicor is the first Lee Moses version. Gates was definitely later. The Fabulous 3 + 1 and The Fabulous Denos both have versions of this song predating Lee Moses and there's not a bad version in the bunch. I also have a spare of the Musicor. Let me check condition.

I dont' call roughly one a month all that shrewd (April, June, July and August). Ha ha! But the fact that nobody knows how many he has is tricky. Will they dry up again, or is he going to kill the market for this one? I guess it's a moot point though, since I'm not trying to sell mine.

I've tracked three recent sales to the same seller, but I don't know what exactly is going on there. I bought a Gamble copy about 12-13 years ago, never so much as sniffed a Chant copy until two popped up in a collection I bought in 2009. Haven't seen any here in Atlanta since. I let my Gamble and one of my Chants go late '09/early '10.

Yep. Somebody please wake me up when it's available on a 7". Great track that I can hear on the internet anytime I want regardless of 'pressing', but I'm silly about format (like many of you). Could give a rat's ass about a 12".

You can use the USPS.com page to calculate postage. If I'm not mistaken, 1 single 45 is going to be about 6oz if packed in a Bags Unlimited box with two filler pads. For a $48 record, I wouldn't think twice about charging First Class postage. Actually, after looking at the site it appears that I'm charging too little! I've been asking $6 and paying about $6.90. I have only rarely insisted on Express shipping, and in those cases there are some interesting reasons why. If the seller wants tracking, Registered 1st Class is the safest and less expensive. Priority Intl (if paid online) also provides tracking. Insisting on Express sounds like they're going to use flat rate envelopes and probably not pack your record(s) very safely....but who knows. eBay is full of crazy people.
