Both releases have some copies with labels reversed. my Williams III copy had normal labels but my mates copy they were reversed same on Palladium mine is reversed Mick H's copy is normal?? how does that happen on two releases?? beats me. Kept the Palladium one. Was told Via band member Palladium was first release but Brownie thinks not So ??? Anyone clarify the gasher

  9. yes it is The Famous Flames' 1970 single "Who Am I" had a writing credit for Johnny Terry; I suspect that's him singing it, too. A few months later, JB produced an uptempo single version of it sung by Roberta DuBois, and in early 1972, he released his own version on the "There It Is" album. hope this helps gasher

  13. Info is aboot right BUT BEWARE IT HAS BEEN BOOTED LATELY I THINK Chris Anderton can confirm seeing a box of boots in the USA last year but kept away. I heard from another source the seller wanted $200 a piece as they looked almost identical to the real ones and would be/could sold as such to the unsuspecting punter. I know Mannie also is aware of the bootleg copies. Price for Originals?? Id say £600+ paid this for mine 5 years ago One of my faves play it out when ever I can. Just dont see it that often hope this helps gasher

  23. got to agree Russ FANTASTIC TUNE but it went straight away. Really hard one to find as its issue only and one of the very last Stax releases.can only assume it wasn't pushed much by promoters due to the foreclosure. and lack of interest in the Stax labels demise . the gasher
