ROYAL MAIL LOST MY RECORDS.... 110 quid's worth of Jimmy Guilford ROYAL MAIL TEMPORARILY LOST MY RECORDS.... Took 10 weeks for "Party time man" to arrive.... From London! ....and then it turned out to be a boot!! Took 6 weeks for Ed Crook to arrive Payed special delivery from States ($39) on a rather expensive item, and it still took 2 weeks! ROYAL MAIL ARE TOO BLOODY IMPATIENT.... They knock once then bugger off, and I have to travel to the post office to pick the b*stard things up! Arrrgh!! Billy

Wouldn't call it tosh, I mean I don't love it, but it's Ok Must say I prefer to hear it out when the floor's full than in my record room, and certainly wouldn't pay £200 for it, as I personally think it's quite easy to find. In fact, I'd say the Stardust copies are harder to find. There are 3 coral demos on eBay as we speak! Issues are rare though..... The Tim Brown guide seems to be a LOT more accurate than Manship's. In Manship's it says something like £800 issue and £600 demo, but really? what sort of a would pay £600 for a demo? I think the Manship's new guide lost it quoting auction prices, everyone knows they're waaaaaaaaay out

I don't have mine anymore, but I know it didn't jump, seems to have been a problem with the issues only. The sound quality wasn't bad too. I mean it had hisses and ticks and stuff, but that's cos it was rough

If you look down the edge of a styrene record, it appears to have 2 layers, vinyl are usually a brownish colour on the edge. Most styrene have stuck on labels, alshtough I have a few that appear to be moulded. I was told ALL originals jump as it was a jump in the mater and therefore pressed into all copies. The demo is the best one to have as they were never booted. Billy
