  1. No, a couple of 'L's and an 'E' here an there, but no 'R's as far as I'm aware.... Anyway, back on topic... £80 for your Tempests LP?
  2. Is yours for sale? I'll give you double your estimate! i.e. 80... P.S. there's no 'r' in thought
  3. I WANT THE ALBUM TOO. I WANT IT EVEN MORE THAN SKEENY!
  4. I think the second edition was the same but those 'bubbling under' were also included, i.e. the top 600.
  5. Buddy Miles & the California Raisins - the best version hands down! (IMO of corse )
  6. I wonder if he's skitzofrenic? ..a guy with so many different names must have something wrong upstairs! I have the email and postal address he used when I was in contact with him in my other email account, so when I am able to get back into that one I'll post them all up here. I don't know if any of you remember (I know Mike will) that a few months ago there was a guy on here (dodgy dialect once again - no offence to the straight folk of Belgium ) who answered EVERY want on this board, with what seemed to be reasonable prices. Thankfully Mike blocked from from using Soul Source until he provided honest information, and as far as I am aware he never did
  7. I don;t care if this topic's been dome before, I'm willing to go again! May faves (probably different to last time): Brown Bomber Blue Cat Glades Jar-Val Brite Lite Whittier Rika (Tommy Bush design) Earthworld Rampart (Tavasco design) Poo Pan Will post scans up in a bit. Billy
  8. Like I said when Ernie posted this up, may be able to get hold of one for about £200. I don't really know what it's worth, so don't know if £200 is good or bad, but I was offered one a few months back. I don't know if it's still available, so I'm not promising I can get hold of it, but speak up if you want me to get hold of the guy.
  9. Sorry Jock, meant Marurice Long.... The two goood tracks are the A & B of the single on Cyclone. The other flip's called "A lover's question". No where near as good as other side but not bad as B-0sides go Billy
  10. Is it the same as Lee Maye's 'Total Disaster' on Pic 1? Bloody rare record that.....
  11. Hi BigVoice, have you any info on A seller named Frederick Christine (ebay ID popcornoldies). I sent a few records in trade (a few cheapies and a M- Billy Arnell). He then decided, after my records had arrived at his end, that the deal was off and he would resend my records. He never did, so I probably lost a grand's worth of tackle, and I'm not best pleased I can tell you Billy
  12. The LP's called "Would you believe" on Smash. Just missed one at £60, was rated it at £70 in an erlier post.
  13. Right you've heard my record of the weekend, but these two are my records of today so far:- 1 Maurice Williams "I don' love you anymore" (CYCLONE) - f*king brilliant this why does nobody play it? 2 Betty Wilson "I'm yours" (DAYCO) Billy
  14. That's it! Missed one at £60 a few weeks ago Hasn't anyone got a copu of Walter Jackson they want to sell me? I mean come on it's not a rare record! Billy
  15. Normally I wouldn't use Special Deliivery, even for the expensive ones (usually recorded or insured are fine), but I wanted it here quick as I was Djing on the Saturday where as it was posted on the Monday. The service I used was the quickest international post available - 5 days at the most I was told - it took 16 days....
  16. Both yellow and orange are originals, but the yellow came first. It's been booted on a yellow label but I don't know the difference Worth about £75 on yellow orig and £50 orange.
  17. :Fck_off_by_nulltarget: I know it's LP only. Swine.
  18. Tempests "Someday" (SMASH) Heard Tony Hatfield play this at York last night - WOW! ....can't believe I've never heard it before, but I have led a sheltered life The one I'm playing is a soundbyte, as I haven't got one yet, but it's on my wants list so if bennybobby's got one, please let me know - l_l_m_w@hotmail.co.uk. Billy
  19. Also after the Tempests LP inc. "Someday", can't remember what it's called, but know it's on Smash
  20. Thought more than that Sure Mick Smith had one for £1650........
