  1. Them's em Hippo to the rescue again cheers mate Must admit those two are a bit too modern for my liking - over to you Pete
  2. In your opinion perhaps, but I like it, and think he has a great voice but as bad as it sounds, I'm sure I'd feel differently if it was only worth a tenna There's a copy of the other Tolbert record on Rojac on ebay. Probably done now though. It was 12" but I can't remember what it was called. I know it had the same B-side as "I've got it", but the name of that escapes me too "Lucky guy" or something like that. Anyone got a soundfile of this side? Mark P.S. Isn't he the same guy as O.C. Tolbert? If so I'm pretty sure he's had more than 3 records out! ..unless you meant just those credited to "Tolbert" of course

  15. Sorry to all, missed a line out we did it direct from the email, that's why it worked Please try again: 1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have a pint (preferably more than one) 2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be honest) 3. Add 5 (for Sunday) 4. Multiply by 50 5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1755, if you haven't add 1754 6. Now subtract the four-digit year that you were born (i.e. 1959) You should be left with a three-digit number..... The first digit is the number you started with (i.e. how many pints you would have a week)..... The next two numbers are... YOUR AGE! Oh yes! Clever eh?

  18. (stuck "soul" in title so this thread wasn't banished to the Freebasing room ) If you're taking part DO NOT cheat by scrolling down! It takes less than a minute, here goes... 1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have a pint (preferably more than one) 2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be honest) 3. Add 5 (for Sunday) 4. Multiply by 50 5.
