  1. Aggree with all of above except maybe Royal Esquires: it's great record but they keep coming and coming and don't seem to be drying up at all. Same advice could be given about Fred Hymes but again, they keep coming and coming... I'd say these 2: Stan Martin - Big mouthed woman - Shatta - quite expensive at moment despite recent (i think) discovery. Seen them between £300 and £400 but I think it'll be a thousand quidder in no time. Ethics - I want my baby back - Vent - maybe, dunno. Probably not rare enough to ever command much but thinks can only go up. Same goes for above. Anna Raye - Will you love my child (forgot label) - shite IMHO but recently seen on Mick H's playlist so price will rise fairly quickly I should think. Sandy Brockington (can't remember title or label, but it's green maybe someone can refresh my memory??) - get em for nowt ($10 and less) on ebay but it's not on lists every other day like a lot that command £££'s. Similar to Romona Collins I think, though not heard for a while.. Four Hi's - Hertbreak river - Verve - fkin brilliant, will go same way as Chantels methinks that's my 5, probably an odd selection but hey who cares over n out Billy
  2. ahh it's superb - probably in my ALL TIME top 10. Great voice, great uptempo beat, just a superb record ..and no it's from late 60s. Having PC troubles else I'd send you an mp3. Chalky or Chris H might have one.

  11. Don't rate flip of Four Voices actually John, like J&W think it would get no-where without the other side (which again is a personal fave)

  20. Got 2 burgandy copies for a little over a tenna each, shifted issues for £20 a piece. Some fools are trying to get £75 and more for them but that's just stupid its a brilliant record but just isn't rare, and is worth no more than £25.
  21. Never booted, probably changed ink half way through press. Nothing sinister about it what so ever.
  22. MARCELS - NO LOVE LEFT - SUPER M (ONLY 100 COPIES) £20 Great record this, thought about covering it as the Sillhouettes but seems its quite well known...
  23. I thought the main dufference was vinyl/styrene - the boots being styrene and the origs on vinyl, or so I was told. Might have a go myself if it turns out to be pukka, wanted one for a while now
  24. ..or any of the Levine CDs
  25. 'A sweet taste of Westbound' - shamefully bad
