Opportunity Knock (For Me) - four tops - motown lp 11047 refosoul I really like their (as far as I know) LP-only "Opportunity Knock (For Me)". Doesn't get mentioned often but a top tune to my ears.

Are you aware of that the "Hold Back The Tears" track (which I suppose you're after) only is available on the mispressed copies? There are "regular" ones as well which plays the correct Tommy Andre track. Then again, you might be after the "correct" Tommy Andre track and in that case just ignore this comment...

There are at least 4 other good tracks on the LP. Not northern or soul perhaps, but if you're into soul-influenced pop, you should be able to find some good stuff on there. And considering that the LP can be picked up for $10 or less, it's not much of a gamble to pick it up and try it.

How about "Watch The People Dance" released as by Giles Strange on BOOM. It's the same bunch of people who did that. Both sides on that 45 are superb.
