The 45s by Buck are good.

Mine has also got the Nashville Matrix stamp, is pressed on thick vinyl and sounds superb. Not that it has to mean anything, but I didn't get mine from Pittsburgh. Bought it at the same time as my yellow Pameline copy back in October 2001. The yellow one cost me $4 and the pink one cost me $8... Ah, the days of finding this kind of records by just doing a simple google search! It still happens from time to time, but they are fewer and farer inbetween.
-
I sold an original copy of the EP on eBay yesterday and it ended at $37. Which was quite cheap in my opinion.
-
LP-only. Superb tune!

45s On Ebay: Oscar Brown "humdrum Blues", Inverts, Barbara Lynn
Sebastian replied to Sebastian's topic in Website Sales
Only about 4-5 hours left on these auctions now. Thanks for looking! :-) -
Can someone here who's got the "right" version post up the matrix numbers for each side of the LP? And the matrix details for the "wrong" version would also be great.
-
You can only see which version it is by looking at the matrix numbers as far as I'm aware.
-
About £10.
-
Their "Key To My Happiness" on Stang is another nice 60s-sounding dancer.

Once cleared the floor with King Tutt "You Got Me Hung Up".

I realized yesterday that I've never heard her RCA recordings but have heard pretty much everything else she released (the Lambert/Potter produced mid-70s LP on Haven includes some truly stunning tunes, especially the ballads). Will check out the RCA cuts as soon as I can.

Oh, I know that they don't have to be fast, but they have to be good. Bobby Hill's "I Wanna Be With You" (which I for example is listening to right now) is wonderful, that George Wilson tune is however not. In my opinion ofcourse etc. etc. It's good that we all don't like the same tunes.
