  1. PM'd you
  2. I was told he had at least 20 copies, maybe more. Could be all there is and a case of 'if you want one, get one'.
  3. sent you an email
  4. ...cos Wrighty didn't want it
  5. I take it this guy mistakenly listed this as a 45rpm Northern soul 7" single...if not.... https://cgi.ebay.com/NORTHERN-SOUL-LADIES-D...1QQcmdZViewItem
  6. where's that guy that makes the t-shirts? here's a design that'll sell like hotcakes
  7. Bit of a horror story this one. Always two sides to every story but it does look like the empire police have put a large boot in one this. Terrible.
  8. probably less nowdays...more like £50 tops
  9. Well, my favourite song by him (northern or not) at the moment at least is "You Brought About A Change In Me"
  10. https://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZ...land0036QQhtZ-1 Many of these closing tonight, the rest tomorrow and a few on Tuesday..some nice things in there.
  11. ***Just listed on ebay for a mate*** Nearly 240 7" singles, loads of indie 80's stuff, lots of 70's, some funk and a few 60's things. All have soundclips/scans. Includes Sideshow on Muscadine, David Sea - Night After Night, Raydiant on Lucy Bee and tons more. Link to his sales here >>> https://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZ...land0036QQhtZ-1
  12. Not super rare but tricky(ish) I have a copy...if I make my mind up about selling it I'll PM you
  13. sent a pm
  14. PM sent
  15. Try Ewan at www.milliondollardisco.com think he had one at around £30ish recently.
  16. I'm offering a copy of Melvin Brown/James Matthews - Love Stormy Weather/Soul Man (Philmore Sound) for either sale of trade. The record plays near mint. Visually there is a thin scuff across the surface of the Stormy Weather side and a smaller scuff near the end. These do not affect play. There are light crackles on the quiet (very quiet) intro but apart from that it plays beautifully. Soundclip here (right click, save as) Very hard record. Currently got £750 cash + £500 trade offer. Will let this run for 7 days.Lable scan below. If interested please PM or email thecauldron@witchsbrew.co.uk
  17. I know who he is...sure lots of others do too, but I think he'd prefer to remain annonymous in the main. Honest enough guy, though so I wouldn't worry.
  18. On Mega (same as Mellow Madness) Sold my last copy a while back...think it went at £75. Should still have a soundclip, though won't be able to post until tomorrow.
  19. Cheers Mark, yeah...thanks for letting us know
  20. Anyone know if Phil's on holiday or away at the moment?
  21. Sorry to be unkind but it probably did work on the dancefloor at a 35 and overs nightclub in 1993 (when it sounds like it was recorded). Absolutely dreadful - and that isn't from a purist angle (because that doesn't even enter into it) just a musical one. Sorry, not for me or any dancefloor I'd want to be near.
  22. None yet...but there was rumour of a Mellow Madness reissue in the near future My error...yes, £ not $!
  23. Last Henderson & Jones I heard of selling was a grand. The last Mixed Feelings (ebay copy) was $1500 (i think)
  24. I think one went off on JM's auction last year at over £350....hard record. Scarcity (and quality) would suggest maybe worth more.
  25. Aye, you're probably right , Martin...I was thinking outside of the 'sudden demand for it' value, which to me was always £30 tops. It's nice enough (apart from that dodgy bit about 2 minutes in - you know the bit ) but just find it weird it suddenly got picked up on over load of other 70's that haven't as yet. Again, like everything, horses for course, etc. Is a 'big name' spinning it all of a sudden?
