Without wanting to tar all French with the same brush it seems to be people from that country who are the only ones who think it's ok to bid on stuff on ebay, win it then not pay (even unregistering their paypal accounts in the process) sometimes vanishing without a trace, when I've auctioned stuff. God knows why they bother, probably trying to groom the popsike values so that somewhere down the line they can use it as a way of pricing something up for gemm or whatever. Very frustrating.

It's been booted on a white demo style 45 with Crystal Clear on the flip

Sent them a snotty email asking exactly why as it appears to be in direct violation of their own rules (rules which they seem to be able to make and break at will) and the terms they are advertising- will be interested to hear the excuse if they ever get back to me

Just tried to upload some items to ebay with postage costs inplemneted and lo and behold "shipping service cost exceeds maximum £0.00 allowed for selected category", even though the new 'max limit' is £4 . Bunch of f**s!!!!

Wasn't Ebay's 'justification' for doing this down to the fact they THEY felt they were losing out to competitors because buyers having to pay postage (both at the correct or vastly inflated price) was affecting THEIR business, regardless of the loses sellers had to take. Selling some LPs for a mate, starting at £2.50, those that sold for £2.50 made him about 90p after fees/postage. Hardly worth the effort.

Reissues have the Engineer's name : Fred Carfagna on the label under the Artist/Title credits, originals don't (though sure someone on here said they have an OG with the engineer's name on the label.) Elijah Cole repressed them with the Engineer's name a few years ago...should be able to get one for $20 on ebay. He insisted that all issues prior to him repressing them in about 2004/05 ish were bootlegs because (quote) 'I hadn't released it'...even though he pressed them in the 70's and gave them out as promo's. The boot he was refering too, done by EMI, turns out to be the German release which apprently he hadn't consented to.

Killer and just not seen nowdays. Not helping you much but mine'll go to ebay in the next few weeks. If you're still needing it keep 'em peeled.

Got a sleeveless copy for offers. Was told these were used as promo copies before the sleeve was done (?)
