all you do is have a second pc and connection and account (eg your mates) you bid what you would like as a reserve if you end up winning it you claim all the listing fees back as a non paying bidder has stiffed you also you can use this method to bid up someone else Hope this helps

Hi All Just been done for £150 by this guy on E-bay Starbycat, item 4836281774 aka Russ Bowers Russell Bowers Bythorn Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE280QR United Kingdom He took 2 months to send the record, then it has a groove fault and jumps I return it, no answer to emails or the note with the record He has unregistered with ebay as well. Looks like the county court (if he hasn't moved) I asked this before Has anyone got a phone number for this Guy to save me hassle (pm me)? Thanks in advance Pete French Pissed off of Cheltenham
