I have been talking with Marva for a while now and would appreciate any mp3's of her various work over the years with stacie johnson/shirley matthews/jobette/etc etc.Scans etc of anything plus would appreciate if anyone can pm me with her mp3s but especially her superb oldie of 'its written all over my face' and the flip side if poss 'hang around' as I cant get at my mp3's.

I'm sure you don't, but someone must be having you on. As I said before Tim still had it in his possession only a few days before he went on holiday (under two weeks ago). Now whether someone in London is in the process of buying it is a different matter. But that disc was certainly still in Tim's possession very recently. The two month thing you stated, is definitely not true. I'm sure it will all come to light shortly.

underwrite any shortfall on the sellers pre determined valuation .which

means the owner could actually be the winning bidder thus keeping the

record and getting a shortfall payment from john.

I think you will find that it means the winning bidder gets it.

and john pays the full reserve to Kenny making up the difference from his own pocket

I have decided to go public with this

I went to the last Soulfusion event. prior to this the promoter (who is on here) was in touch with me reference a problem with one of his punters who had previously attacked me at my own event.

Within minutes of arriving with my wife, this punter started a heated row with me. I was 4 steps from reception and the promoter and his security stayed back.

The punter then attacked me and a fight ensued. still no security. eventually after backing off the length of the bar we ended up on the deck and eventually the security arrived.

This promoter who watched the whole thing is now claiming he never saw it as the Police are now involved.

Today i get an email banning me for life using the venue management letter as a scapegoat.

Again it appears this promoter has not attempted to inform the venue management of his involvement prior to the incident or lack of involvement during.

In most venues the security would move in quick to stop a row before a fight breaks out.

I also lost 2.5 weeks of not being able to carry out my normal day job due to injuries sustained.

Also i guess this promoter has no public liability insurance.

Some may say this is a private matter but i believe not so when you the punter are put at risk by this obvious disregard for public and personal safety by the event management.

Also if anyone is or knows of a witness could you please send them my way. thankyou

Someone just sent me a reminder to pay for a record I won on Ebay - less than 36 hours ago

It did say pay within 30 hours if your are under 5' 8" lol

wasn`t it the same record being autioned twice after the first auction had been cancelled ? Either way, there have been several in the last say six months on ebay anyway. none in mint minus or better conmdition though. Its hard to come by in good nick.
