  1. Hey, nowt wrong with a bit of wibbly wobbly walk! Plus...Dave's an expert at it now. If I haven't perfected it by the time we leave I'm gonna be gutted. Might see you at The Kestral Suite on 20th?....mmmm, maybe not!
  2. Hello Mucker, Tardis will be stocked. Bring an opener though as the barman might not be as friendly!. You going straight to Prestatyn too?! Hope there's a launderette on the way or I'll be hummin' by then! See you there Matey!
  3. If you were with Glen the it's YOUR round! If Glenn is going this time round tell him I'll have the TARDIS bag with me again.
  4. We'll be there front and centre. Really looking forward to seeing who turns up this time in the Windy City. Dictaphone and camera are at the ready!
  5. I never went to the Torch (faaaaar too young!) but I'd be interested in this. Are you gonna be trying to get Ian behind the decks or is the plan to use non original DJs made up of people who went there as 'punters'?
  6. Yep, Go to Prague for an Irish breakfast!
  7. S'pose it's all about what each person sees and has through their hands over time. Must have had at least 15/20 W/Demos over the years but only a couple of Red stockers. That's how I decide how hard 45s are to find. If I've seen 'em and how many. I think over the last few years more people have appreciated Mr Epps and the guys and have to admit I haven't seen either format for a while. Ken - I would have thought around 25/30 quid for either would be about right nowadays...unless of course Mr Darge plays it at Crossfire then ...whoooooosh..Johnny Howard time baby!!
  8. Hey Richard, that'd be great if you could scan 'em and send 'em to: hitsville2648@earthlink.net that'd be great. We're looking to complete as many labels as possible in all formats and font variations. Any help appreciated.
  9. Err Andy... most of us collect records. We ENJOY talking about records, sharing info about records as well as listening to 'em. What's wrong with that? Can you name the Forest side who won the European Cup? If so...well done! "You've spent your life memorising a load of has been footballers, take any prize from the middle shelf."
  10. Wolfie, The stocker is much harder to find although the demo contains both sides also. Their first on the label I think. You can check out the whole label here RIC TIC CATALOGUE Pics and all!
  11. I doubt it very much. Wenceslas Sq has been ruined. Big Mac's and KFC now. Cross the bridge and hit the old style cafes/puppet theatres/bars Mate, much better.
  12. Adams Apples - definitely black guys.
  13. I think Paul meant that with the amount you get for a UKP falling. Buying 45s from the States is now a good, 25% at least, more expensive than this time last year if the asking prices are the same as last year.
  14. It's a fantastic slab of hard core New Orleans guitar plucking that always makes me nod approvingly, on my way to the dance-floor, when I hear it out. So much so that I re-purchased it a couple of weeks ago after selling it last year to raise funds for a want.
  15. Now That Was Funny!!
  16. Sorted now. Much obliged to Dave and Bogue. It's appreciated.
  17. Anyone got a scan of Bobby Fuller - The Magic Touch - Mustang they could help me out with please? Need it at 300 dpi if possible. Any help greatfully received as usual.
  18. Offer now accepted on Sonny Craver too.
  19. There are certainly studio acetates of the disc yes.
  20. Bit of a bump before I add a few more and shunt these remaining off to Ebay.
  21. Two more down. Offers are working!
  22. Another one sold. Decent offers will secure.
  23. Squillions. Where you bin??
  24. Christ! Is that place still open. We did dos there 30 years ago and it was falling down then!
  25. Deal done. Everyone happy! Bit like the ole times this!
