    Hi Daved, Yep, I've sent a message and am awaiting a reply. Ms Blu has a number of management outlets. Just to clarify the reason I'm like a dog with a bone over this, is that I've just completed a 40 page piece on Jerry Ragovoy and obviously included a segment on Carl. I wasn't happy with including certain assumptions until I could corroborate and confirm them so the end of that segment hasn't got Carl's post industry years, (if there were any) included.     Definitely. My research so far shows that they both record different Mothers AND Fathers. (Although how concrete/accurate that is, is also not 100% at the minute). Think I need to put call in to Ms Blu or her hubby. I'll be back with any update I can establish. Regards, Dave ​

    After a little more in depth digging around, I'm not 100% convinced that Peggi Blu is in fact his sister. Her bios conflict with Carl's recorded early life and family personnel. They both appeared in The Wiz ('83/84 version) whuich is maybe how they became friends? I'm beginning to wonder if the word 'brother' she uses is a term of endearment rather than a biological fact.     Hi Gareth, Yep, Thanks, I'd seen that. There's at least a slight discrepancy in the text which is why I'm trying to corroborate it or establish it's accuracy. 'Truly Blessed' was almost a decade before that date in 1990. He does appear to have dropped off the radar around that time (1990), so he may well have passed then. Be nice to tie up his post musical career info (if there is any of course). Regards, Dave

    Dave's correct, It's a common misconception that The Volcanos were also The Tramps. I interviewed Stephen Kelly at length a few years ago. These current guys can sing for sure.... but it ain't THE Volcanos. But then The Vibrations weren't THE Vibrations but no one seemed to mind. I guess at this stage of life if there's an original member then we should just be thankful we get to hear/see them at last and give props before it's too late. Regards, Dave
