  4. got jazzyjas's today a really good cd so far, listened upto track 4 only, but the booklet and scans with write up certainly gives some of the released cd's a run for their money in the design stakes. i thought making mine took an age you must have started that when you were seven. well that is how long it would take me to produce something like that. good luck with your ambition. i have still got a lot of listening to do. are we doing reveiws or just listening without real comments? mark

  8. hi you say you have been a mainstream dj for a long time why not use the money you get from this to purchase originals, this is something dave boothe does as he gets well paid for his dj'ing in clubs which he uses to further bolster his collection. mark

  12. hi it went for a little over 400 pounds , i have one managed to prise it out of a friends hands for all the lifts i have given him over the last few years did not realise it was that expensive though, i knew it was obscure. never seen a tri city thought bumpshop was a small enough label. mark
  13. there was a list printed in a fanzine with prices /values of motown and stable and frank wilsons value was not that high most were 10 15 dollarrs or more but fw was less than 10 i think may be mistaken but the american collctors in the 60/70s did not rate it high value so this would i assume make it seem there may be a few copies in the US. mark

  25. about 80% of these and similar stuff get played at the greatstone hotel in stretford manchester. and there will be other clubs playing similar stuff, in the birmingham/stafford area there are some good crossover venues also the marrs bar playlist would seem to be up your street it looks like you may have to take it in turns to drive to hear the good stuff. check dave rimmers site and email him he may know some clubs fairly local to you. mark
