Ok not really soul. just sorting through some soul records and other things and came across this 1967 effort by Amboy Dukes on UK Polydor which is obviously a white group attempting a ska effort. I love it , what do you reckon Pete?

Nothing wrong with Len Barry , Ken , very underrated IMO , he was a great blue eyed singer of the top drawer. I love "You baby" and rate it very highly. Apparently he was a great live stage act giving it all the acrobatics and that when live on stage.

1-2-3 was also issued on UK MCA MU 1172 in 1972 backed with You baby.I would imagine this copy you have Ken is probably from the same date and an export copy because of the reversed matrix but worth little or nothing nevertheless.
